Christine in the Celebration Chamber Orchestra

To celebrate the 24th of July, we attended a concert in a Bountiful park by the Celebration Chamber Orchestra. Christine is second chair, first violin.

The video I took was too large to post, but I thought they were very good and did a great job. I knew many of the members. It was nice to see them too.

Emma Grace Potter - Welcome to the Family!

Emma Grace Potter . . .
7 pounds 14 ounces . . .
19 inches . . .
. . . and BEAUTIUL!

AWESOME! AMAZING! AWE-INSPIRING!
I've never seen anything like it!
Having given birth to 7 children naturally; I've never seen a C-section.
It's not going to be fun for Julie to heal from, but the birth was fast and easy.

It was an honor to be there. I will never forget it.

Steven and Aubrey Warren. . . 7/11/09

I laughed, I cried, and I welcomed another daughter to my family.
Here are some of the pictures.

Poor Steven had been sick all night and had to gather his strength.

Family Fun

The past few days have been so much fun!
The kids enjoyed the Alpine Slide.

Dave did a magic show for the kids. They loved it.

We celebrated two birthdays - Lisa's and Kristina's.
It was wonderful to have so many of our children and grandchildren around us.

Happy Independance Day!

In memory of the fallen,
And those who strive today
To safe-guard rights and freedoms
At home and far away. . .

In honor of survivors
Who struggle day by day
With memories, horrid and painful;
We pay tribute today.

Dave and I spent the day enjoying the wonders of nature in the High Uintas. We drove to Mirror Lake, hiked around, had a picnic lunch, read books in view of an amazing back-drop.

That night, we enjoyed the view from our deck as we watched fireworks being launched from various spots all over the valley. It was fun.

Here are some of the pictures I took while in the mountains.

Joy in Our Posterity

Dave and I are experiencing some of the "joy and rejoicing in our posterity" these days.
We had a fun time at a nearby park. 30 people, 12 pizzas and fun memories.

We enjoyed the kiddie rides in Park City, and waited in line for the Arctic Slide to open back up - but it kept raining... Oh well.

We went to Pizza Hut instead, then came home to fill our Family Room with the "Magic Castle."
Crazy!
