Now we're selling our HOUSE! What's up with that?

First we sell our cute little dog. (He's very happy at his new home with children and lots of attention and love, by the way.)

Now we're selling our beautiful home!
We're just following the promptings we feel we should do. It doesn't make any sense to us either... but what do you do? You remain true to your heart and give thanks to God when it all works out.

It's got all of the information and some amazing photos as well.

Basically, what we did is move half of our stuff into the garage and basement, so now our home isn't cluttered. We should just get rid of all of the extra stuff and stay in our beautiful home like it is.
We re-finished the wood floors, got new paint and carpet throughout. It really is a beautiful home. We will miss it a lot.

It's been amazing to have the help of our genetically enhanced muscular children as well as some neighbors to get everything done.

I'm excited to see what the Lord has in mind for us next...

Another Wedding!

Steven and Aubrey announced that they will be getting married July 11th.
We are so excited to welcome Aubrey to the family!
It seems like we just did a wedding... Hmm it was on April Fool's Day... Michelle and some guy named Steve Kay. I remember it like it was last month...
Wait a minute it WAS last month!
This year brings us our 6th married child and our 12th grandbaby.
The ball of our posterity is beginning to roll - BIG TIME!

Selling our dog...

Doce (Dough-Chee) means “sweet” in Portuguese; and that, he definitely is.
Half Lopsa Opsa and Miniature Poodle, 8 year old Doce thinks he is still a puppy.
He is a very social dog who needs to be around people. Currently, he is alone a lot of the time and this makes us sad. He needs a loving home where he can be around people during the day. Whether he is lying in the sun like a cat, or performing his cute tricks for a treat, he is a delight.
We're selling him for $100 to cover his latest grooming and shots.

Birthdays are fun, even when your hmrph years old!

Alright, alright! If I look like I'm 36, then I don't mind you knowing that I am 47. If I look like I'm almost half a century old, then I don't want to admit anything. "I know nothink! nothink!"

I had a fabulous day. Rob, Jewles and little Robbie came over for a BBQ. So did David, Geoff & Brittany, Steven & Aubrey, Michael, and Christine. I got calls from other kids, and some wonderfully thoughtful gifts.
I felt loved. It was nice.
