Happy Valentine's Day...

So I love to be surprised, right? Here is the surprise Dave had for me when I came back home from spending far too much money on shoes and clothes...

So, then I fixed him one of my favorites:
This is what I like to call "Chicken Roll-ups."


Cooked chicken breast, cream cheese, water chestnuts, olives, celery. Mix and drop in spoonfulls onto Pillsbury Crescent Rolls or any other roll dough. Fold the dough around the mixture and seal. Cook for 12 minutes in 375 oven. Serve with chicken gravy. (1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can milk; mixed and heated.)Delicious!

What a Blessing a Blessing Can Be!

Ariana Jean Warren, our 12th grandbaby was blessed today. Our son, Steven, was able to perform this special ordinance. I, as I often do for others, was able to transcribe the blessing.
It was lovely. We are so proud!
Afterward, we all went to their house to have munchies and visit.
What a blessing a bllessing can be!
